What is the turn around time?
All custom made orders currently have a processing time of 2-7 days, this does not include shipping. Ready to be shipped tumblers are shipped within 1-2 days (unless the order also contains custom made items).
Are the laser engraved tumblers dishwasher safe?
No they are not, to preserve the engraving hand wash only and do not use harsh chemicals or anything abrasive to clean with.
Are returns or refunds accepted?
No returns or refunds are not accepted, all sales are final.
