Hand wash only, not dishwasher or microwave safe, avoid using harsh chemicals or anything abrasive when cleaning.
Returns
Most of our orders are custom made to order, therefore returns are not accepted, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our mistake, please contact us, and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Tumbler Quality
We take great care in selecting high-quality tumblers for our inventory, but please note that minor imperfections may occur from the manufacturing process. This could include small blemishes or lids that don’t align exactly to your preferred direction (we do not manufacture the tumblers ourselves).
