Shipping rates are determined by the purchasers location. Your shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process after your address has been added.

We offer several shipping options at checkout including first class, priority and ground. At this time we only ship by USPS.

Most of our products are made to order and personalized just for you, therefore we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our mistake, please contact us, and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!

All of our orders are made to order, the current processing time is 2-7 days (sometimes sooner!) and our processing time does not include the shipping timeframe. The shipping timeframe depends on your location and which shipping option you pick at checkout.
